Description
Do you play piano, guitar, electronic keyboard, sing or play any instrument for that matter? If so, this handy "pocket tune" book is for you. The concise, one-line music notation consists of melody line, chords, and lyrics. Whether strumming the chords on guitar, "faking" an arrangement on piano/keyboard, or singing the lyrics, these fake book style arrangements can be enjoyed at any experience level, from hobbyist to professional. "Good Ol' Songs" contains 144 songs of yesteryear, all in one bargain-priced book. Plus, the handy 4 1/4" x 6 3/4" paperback book size means you can take this book anywhere.

A fake book contains the melody line along with lyrics and chord symbols. It is ideal for a pianist that wants to "fake" the left hand part (a fake book does not contain the left hand piano part - it has only the melody), or for anyone that plays a C instrument such as flute, violin, harmonica, or recorder. "Good Ol' Songs" weighs 4.48 oz.
